Pat is an amazing bartender, and the atmosphere at this place is so comfortable. We don't always go to happy hour, but when we do, we go 4 Quarter

This place is so good. First off get the smoked pecans just TRUST ME. Someone else at my table got them and I had to stop myself from eating the whole thing. I went here expecting standard bar food and I was so so wrong. I got the French Quarter pasta and my husband got the burger. My pasta was flavorful and spicy without being so hot that it detracted from the flavors. His burger was a PERFECT dairy-bar type griddle burger. Oh man it was so good. The ONLY negative is that they allow people to smoke in there. It wasn't super smokey but still a little gross. I get that it's a bar and to be expected but be aware of that. I'll be back because I want to try the whole menu.

Best bar in North Little Rock......hell and the rest of Little Rock for that matter. The two guys behind the bar are always great, never takes long to get a drink, even when its packed. They have great touring bands and some good local ones too. Covers are usually $5-$7.....$10 is the highest I've seen. The food is great, the beer is cold, the people are nice, and the music is amazing. Can you ask for anything more? We live out of state now and Four Quarter is one of the few places we miss in AR.

I live East of Rose City in NLR and consider this one of my neighborhood bars among Fassler Hall and Bar Louie (all of which have live music and outdoor seating).
I've enjoyed to talking to people here at the bar, on the floor during a show and out back while smoking an occasional cigarette.
It also has a cool upstairs with shuffleboard and a good view of downstairs.
It's cool that there is a sound engineer who does a good job of getting the sound right with a digital sound board tablet.
The bartenders and staff are friendly including the door person.
The guests are diverse in age and other aspects which is healthy.
Of course the Argenta neighborhood is historic and it's easy to take the streetcar between the Little Rock entertainment district on the other side of the Arkansas River.
The food is great and reasonable.
I appreciate the affordable PBR tallboys and the last meal I ate here was the pulled pork nachos which were good.
The barstools swivel and have backs that allow you to lean back and even though I was on the corner with a lot of traffic, it was never bumped by people and it's comfortable enough tolerating those who walk up to order between the barstools.
TV's are over the bar and it's usually playing sports highlights or The Simpsons.
The architecture is early 20th century.

I love the Four Quarter. They usually have a nice crowd and great music. The bar tenders are friendly. I love their patio. This is definitely a place to hit while you are in town. Fun place to hang out. Great food! Definitely recommend going!

Visiting the city for work from California, Nice cozy bar. Saw many types of clientele there, so the atmosphere was fun. Their food was outstanding. The tacos were better than almost every Mexican/taco truck I’ve had. They were actually big. And had the perfect ingredients. If your into tacos, get em. Their spam egg and cheese sandwich is awesome as well I got two orders back to back. It’s simple yet delicious. I’ll probably never be back to this spot in my life but it was good time.

Four Quarter is THE perfect bar. Warm subtle lighting, simple classic dishes along with creative and weekend specials, knowledgeable bartenders who are confident and quick. Hollee knows what to get started just by looking at my face when i walk through the door! From a quiet golden hour moment to myself, just grabbing take-out or wanting to enjoy a night out. 4qtr provides just that in this comfortable, unpretentious, authentic enviroment. Plenty of space and seating (upstairs options and outdoor patio!). It is so chill and thank you guys so much for doing what yall do! Even having lived out of town for years now, everytime i come through that door it feels like home. Definetly worth the 75 mile drive up there in my case.

Four Quarter Bar is such a fun spot! They seriously have some of the best bar food I’ve ever had. If you go, you have to try the Brussels sprouts and the French fries—both were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked.
On top of the food, the atmosphere was fantastic. They had live music the night we went, and it was such a treat to hear some really good bluegrass while enjoying our meal. It gave the whole evening a lively, welcoming vibe.
Between the amazing food, great drinks, and live music, this place is a total gem. I’d definitely recommend it and will absolutely be going back!
